Getting Started with Room Parent Pro

A quick guide for parents

    Open your invitation email

    Check your email for an invitation from Room Parent Pro. It contains your personal link to join your child's class. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

    Tap the link in your email

    Tap the button or link in the invitation email. It takes you straight into Room Parent Pro and connects you to your child's classroom — you don't need to search or type anything in.

    Create your account

    Follow the prompts to set up your sign-in (email and password, or sign in with Google/Apple). This creates your Room Parent Pro account and finishes joining your first class.

    Add the app to your phone (optional but recommended)

    On iPhone: open the link in Safari, tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen.” On Android: open in Chrome, tap the menu (⋮), then “Add to Home screen.” It installs just like a regular app so you get easy access and notifications.

    Use it on your computer too (optional)

    Go to roomparentpro.com in any web browser on your computer or laptop and sign in with the same email and password. Everything syncs — your events, sign-ups, and messages are the same on every device.

Have more than one child? Join their classes too.

Once you've joined your first class, you can add your other children's classrooms — no second invitation needed. Each class has a short join code (a few letters and numbers) that the room parent or teacher can share with you.

  1. 1Ask the room parent or teacher for the class join code for your other child's classroom.
  2. 2Open Room Parent Pro and go to Settings (the gear icon in the menu).
  3. 3Tap “Join a Class” and type in the code.
  4. 4Repeat for each of your children — every class you join shows up in your Dashboard, and you can switch between them anytime.

Tip: Join codes are case-insensitive, so you don't have to worry about capital letters. If a code doesn't work, double-check it with the room parent — codes are unique to each classroom.

Message to share with your class parents

Copy this and paste it into an email, text, or your class group chat. It tells parents how to get the app, find the desktop version, and use their invite link.
