Joining with a Class Code

A quick guide for parents — no invitation email needed

    Get your class code

    Ask your room parent or teacher for the class join code. It's a short code (a few letters and numbers, like ABCD-1234) that's unique to your child's classroom.

    Go to roomparentpro.com

    Open Room Parent Pro on your phone's browser (Safari or Chrome) or on your computer. You don't need an invitation email — the code is all you need.

    Tap “Sign In,” then “Sign up to make a new account”

    On the sign-in screen, tap the “Sign up to make a new account” button below the login form. This takes you to the account creation page.

    Enter your email and password

    Fill in your email and a password. Your school's code is already filled in for you — just leave it as is. Then tap “Create account.”

    Verify your email

    Check your email for a 6-digit verification code from Room Parent Pro and type it in. This confirms your email address and finishes setting up your account.

    Enter your class code

    After your email is verified, you'll be prompted to enter your child's class code (for example, 106). Type it in to connect to your child's classroom.

    You're in!

    Once your class code is accepted, you'll be taken to your Dashboard where you can see class events, volunteer sign-ups, and messages.

    Download the app (optional)

    For quick access anytime, download the Room Parent Pro app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). You can also just use it in your browser at roomparentpro.com — no app required.

Already have an account? Join another class.

If you've already signed up for Room Parent Pro (for another child or a previous class), you don't need to create a new account. Just add the new class from Settings.

  2. 2Open the menu and go to Settings (the gear icon).
  3. 3Tap “Join a Class” and type in the class code.
  4. 4The new class appears on your Dashboard — switch between classes anytime.

Tip: Class codes are case-insensitive, so you don't have to worry about capital letters. If a code doesn't work, double-check it with the room parent — codes are unique to each classroom.

Message to share with your class parents
